Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using DJQ and services operated by ChakChak LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Platform
DJQ is a platform that connects DJs with event attendees. Attendees can submit song requests and send tips. DJs are independent users of the platform, not employees or agents of ChakChak LLC.
3. Platform Fee
ChakChak LLC retains a service fee for operating the DJQ platform. This fee is disclosed at the time of transaction. The remainder of payments goes to the DJ.
4. Refunds
Tips and song requests are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. User Conduct
Users must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
